Ingredients

  • 50g butter
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 5g ginger, grated
  • 2 tsp garam masala
  • 200ml fresh whipped cream
  • 200g paneer cheese, cut into cubes
  • 200g baby spinach
  • 20g coriander Leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Methods

Step 1.

Add butter to a heated pan, then fry the garlic, ginger and garam masala for 2-3 minutes.

Step 2.

Add paneer cheese and sear till golden brown.

Step 3.

Add spinach and stir until it wilts.

Step 4.

Pour whipping cream into the pan, and allow it to simmer.

Step 5.

Once the liquid has reduced, season the mixture with salt and pepper.

Step 6.

Use MaxoMixx hand blender to turn the mixture into a puree.

Step 7.

Garnish with coriander and serve as a side dish or a dip.
