Methods
Step 1.
Use the MCM6 Food Processor to chop garlic and dice onion.
Step 2.
In a heated pan, add cooking oil to fry the diced onions. When softened, add chopped garlic and fry them together. Set them aside to cool.
Step 3.
Use the meat grinder attachment from the MUM5 Kitchen Machine, secure the attachment by pushing the catch downwards, then select the maximum power on the knob to grind minced beef.
Step 4.
Combine fried onions and garlic with all the other ingredients (except for cooking oil and butter) in a bowl and mix them well.
Step 5.
Cook a small piece of beef over heat in a heated pan with a pinch of butter to determine the taste.
Step 6.
Divide and portion the remaining meat into chunks, with each chunk weighing approximately 180g.
Step 7.
In a heated pan, add 2 tablespoons of butter and sear the tempered patties on both sides till they turn brown, then place them in the oven at 180°C till they reach desired doneness.
Step 8.
Add finishing touches of your preference. In this video, we added mayonnaise, lettuce, purple cabbage, tomatoes, a sunnyside-up and topped it off with chives and black pepper.
